Wild US-Caught Shrimp

U.S.-caught shrimp boast a deep, fresh-sea flavor and firm, springy texture that imported farmed shrimp just can’t match. Creamy-white when raw, they cook up to a brilliant coral hue.  Since they’re wild-caught off the South Atlantic and Gulf coasts, they’re antibiotic free and have a lighter environmental impact than shrimp coming from overseas farms. And they’re at their peak season in November and December, when the mature shrimp are most flavorful.
