Baked Citrus Salmon


1 lb. Skinless Salmon (bones removed)
1 orange (sliced thin)
1 lemon (sliced thin)
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup Fresh Dill, chopped (divided)
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Kosher Salt
¼ cup Pomegranate Seeds

Serve with your choice of side dishes, such as rice or vegetables.

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Add ½ of the thinly sliced lemon and ½ of the thinly sliced orange.

3. Lay the salmon on top of citrus slices.

4. Make the seasoning slurry mixture (mix the olive oil, 1/2 of the dill, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, and salt.) Rub the mixture on top of the salmon.

5. Top Salmon with remaining orange and lemon slices.

6. Broil for 10 minutes (or until internal temperature is 145 degrees).

7. Remove from the oven, add a drizzle of olive oil, remaining dill and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
