Learn About our Elm City Market Delivers Rewards Program
As part of our an Elm City Market Customer we are excited to announce the launching of our online rewards Program. When you shop with us online we now offer 2 points for each dollar you spend, accumulate your points to redeem them for delicious rewards or savings on your next online order. This is just one of the new ways we are working to make your online experience better.

Common Questions
Q: How do I redeem my points
A: It’s easy. Log into your account and you will be prompted to use your points at check out or go to your account and view the points you have available, you will also receive emails when you have earned enough points to redeem a great reward.
Q: Can I earn points for shopping in person
at the physical store?
A: No. This rewards program is only for our online store. Points and rewards are only for ElmCityMarketDelivrers.com and can not be used at our 777 Chapel street location. Points, rewards, and discounts issued through our rewards program are specifically set up to be redeemed only on this website. The one exception to this rule is the redemption of points for in-store gift cards. through the rewards program.
Q: How do I sign up
A: in order to sign up you need an Elm City Market Delivers Account. If you have one already, you have been issued a rewards account, and can start earning rewards on every purchase made through the Elm City Market Delivers Website. If you dont have an account you can join via the icon on the bottom right corner of the browseer, or place an order and your account will be created.
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Yes. Points are set to reset on January 1 of each year.
Q: How do I opt out of the Rewards Program?
A: Opting out is easy. You can either navigate to your customer rewards account on Elm City Market Delivers by clicking on the icon in the bottom right of your screen. And then logging into your account. Then once there you can select to remove yourself from the rewards program.
Alternatively send us an email or message through our customer service portal requesting to be removed from the rewards program.
